<p>Zoom is a free video conferencing app that can help you work more effectively with your teammates by setting up virtual meetings and webinars. By integrating Zoom with Twist, you'll be able to keep track of, set up, <em>and</em> join meetings directly within Twist.</p>
<h2>Setting up the integration</h2>
<ol>
<li>Open <a href="twist.com" target="_self">Twist</a>.</li>
<li>Click your <strong>team icon</strong> in the top-left corner.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Settings &amp; members</strong>.</li>
<li>Click<strong> Integrations</strong>.</li>
<li>Open the <strong>Browse</strong> tab.</li>
<li>Search <strong>Zoom</strong> and select it from the list of integrations.</li>
<li>Click <strong>Add</strong>.</li>

<div class="box-warning">The integration can only be installed or uninstalled on the web or desktop apps, and not on the mobile app. Once it is installed, it will be available across all platforms.  </div>

<h4>How to set up a meeting</h4>

<li>Open the thread or message in Twist that you want to post the meeting in.</li>
<li>In the <a href="https://get.twist.help/hc/articles/115003623545" target="_self">Twist composer</a>, click the <img src="https://get.twist.help/hc/article_attachments/4402386337426/Web-Format-quick-actions.svg" alt="Quick-actions-icon" width="49" height="49" data-inline=""><strong>Quick Actions icon</strong>.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Zoom</strong>. If you’re not already logged in to Zoom, you’ll be asked to do so now:

<li>Select <strong>Log in</strong>. This will open a new window, where you can log in to your Zoom account.</li>
<li>Enter your Zoom login details.</li>
<li>Once you’re logged in, return to Twist.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Continue</strong>.</li>
</ul>

<li>Select <strong>+ Schedule</strong>.</li>
<li>Fill in the details of your meeting, such as the topic, date, and time for the meeting. Your passcode will be automatically generated by Zoom.</li>
<li>Once you’ve filled in all the details for your meeting, select <strong>Schedule</strong>.</li>

<h4>How to share or join a meeting</h4>

<li>Open a thread or message in Twist.</li>
<li>In the <a href="https://get.twist.help/hc/articles/115003623545" target="_self">Twist composer</a>, click the <img src="https://get.twist.help/hc/article_attachments/4402386337426/Web-Format-quick-actions.svg" alt="Web-Format-quick-actions.svg" width="51" height="51" data-inline=""><strong>Quick Actions icon</strong>.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Zoom</strong>. If you’re not already logged in to Zoom, you’ll be asked to do so now:

<li>Select <strong>Log in</strong>. This will open a new window, where you can log in to your Zoom account.</li>
<li>Enter your Zoom login details.</li>
<li>Once you’re logged in, return to Twist.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Continue</strong>.</li>

<li>You will now see an overview of all your upcoming meetings. If you already have at least one meeting set up, you now have the option to:

<li>Select <strong>Share</strong> to link to an already scheduled meeting. This will create a link, which you can share in a message or thread.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Join</strong> to launch a meeting you’ve been invited to.</li>
</ul>

<li>You also have the option to set up your own meeting (see instructions above).</li>

<h4>How can I remove the integration?</h4>
<p>If you no longer want to use Zoom with Twist, please follow the instructions below to remove the integration:</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to <a href="https://marketplace.zoom.us" target="_self">Zoom Marketplace</a>.</li>
<li>Make sure you are signed in to your Zoom account. If you’re not already signed in, click <strong>Sign In</strong> in the top-right corner of the screen.</li>
<li>Once you’re signed in, select <strong>Manage</strong> in the top-right corner of the screen.</li>
<li>On the left-hand side of the screen, click <strong>Installed Apps</strong>.</li>
<li>Find <em>Twist</em> in your list of installed apps and select <strong>Uninstall</strong>.</li>
</ol>
<h4>Why am I unable to install this integration?</h4>
<p>If you're having problems installing this integration, it may be because your admin has <a href="https://get.twist.help/hc/en-us/articles/115003912889" target="_blank" rel="noopener">disabled this option</a> in your team's security settings.</p>
