<p>It may take up to 30 seconds from when a new comment, message, or thread is updated for you to see the notification.</p>
<h4 id="h_01KBMJFD6P981PD4JZ5J6NS5X6">Twist app running on the foreground</h4>
<p>If Twist is running in the foreground on any of your devices, you won’t receive notifications.</p>
<h4 id="h_01KBMHYWW0HQ55014NWK06K66A">Focus Assist</h4>
<p>Focus Assist in Windows blocks Twist notifications by default. If you want to receive notifications in Priority mode, add Twist via <strong>Settings → System → Focus Assist</strong>. Under Priority only, click <strong>Customize your priority list → Add an app</strong>. Then, select <strong>Twist</strong>.</p>

<p>Here are a few things you can try to get your notifications working:</p>

<li data-list-item-id="e9e56bc043b424b10bdb427e0c01ffb01">Make sure your device is not in low power mode or running a battery saver app.</li>
<li data-list-item-id="e5bb3d8d2c32e089815797e605978bf05">Disable programs like Clean Master and other blocker apps which prevent notifications from popping up.</li>
